Ally Challenge is a unique initiative conceptualized by Pride Circle, India’s premier Diversity & Inclusion organization with a mission to enable and empower LGBT+ people and support organizations in fostering a culture of belonging.
We partner with over 500+ companies across India to provide executive leadership development, comprehensive D&I training and consultation, and professional networking opportunities that build safe, inclusive and welcoming work environments.
With programs like the Ally Challenge, we aim to bring about a holistic and sustainable social change by building a community of passionate allies across the world. This global campaign engages participants in a series of micro-challenges, actions and activities celebrating Pride Month.
Each challenge is aimed at sensitizing, educating & spreading awareness about the LGBT+ community to the participants.
We will publish 2 challenges each day on this website from 17th June – 23rd June, 2024 along with relevant resources (article & video links) that participants can use to complete the challenges by June 25th, 2024. The winners of the competition will be declared on July 1st, 2024.

We are grateful to all of you for the overwhelming participation.
17,441 allies from 86 countries (~44% of the world) and 45 organizations made it a truly Global Movement & Pride Month Celebration.
This has been a wonderful learning opportunity! So many resources were offered and the ability to connect with other LGBTQ and ally co-workers to discuss weekly was the highlight of my week. I can speak up more in my workplace to make the language more inclusive. I have a whole list of books to read the rest of the summer! :)
For me the best part of the challenge were the curated list of resources and readings that provide a wide range of knowledge. Have saved for future too. I'm especially grateful for the child friendly videos that I could use to begin conversations about diversity and intersectionality with my twelve year old brother.

Reading lots of interesting, sad & amusing stories and having access to many resources which I hope to share in my newly appointed role on a Diversity & Inclusion council.
It was a very eye-opening experience, as a straight ally born and raised in the middle east, I wasn't exposed to all what the LGBTQ+ community is facing! Thanks for the opportunity to connect!
