In a world fractured by prejudice, the #AllyChallenge rises as a beacon of hope!
This isn't just another virtual campaign; it's your opportunity to join a transformative global movement for LGBT+ inclusion. Through this gamified adventure, you'll take meaningful actions to battle bias, shatter stereotypes, and build a culture of true belonging.
Over the past four editions, we've empowered 52,000+ allies across nearly 90 countries, each committed to being visible and vocal champions of inclusion.
As part of the Global Squad this year, you'll tackle daily micro-challenges that strengthen your allyship skills and build authentic connections with the LGBT+ community. This has been a wonderful learning opportunity! So many resources were offered and the ability to connect with other LGBTQ and ally co-workers to discuss weekly was the highlight of my week. I can speak up more in my workplace to make the language more inclusive. I have a whole list of books to read the rest of the summer! :)
For me the best part of the challenge were the curated list of resources and readings that provide a wide range of knowledge. Have saved for future too. I'm especially grateful for the child friendly videos that I could use to begin conversations about diversity and intersectionality with my twelve year old brother.

Reading lots of interesting, sad & amusing stories and having access to many resources which I hope to share in my newly appointed role on a Diversity & Inclusion council.
It was a very eye-opening experience, as a straight ally born and raised in the middle east, I wasn't exposed to all what the LGBTQ+ community is facing! Thanks for the opportunity to connect!
