If you are connected to your corporate network/device, this is mostly a whitelisting issue. Please ensure the URLs are whitelisted or switch to a personal network and/or device.
The tickets are non-transferrable as the Name and Pronoun which will be visible to others on the main event day, will be that of the registered participant and cannot be modified to have your details. Each RISE 2021 pass is meant for a single individual.
Also, the login is authenticated with an OTP sent to the registered mobile number. Hence, if another user is trying to join instead of a registered user, we will not be able to provide login assistance.
The presentations or any AV material presented by any Speaker during the sessions will not be available to download after the session is done.
You will not be able to log in from two devices at a time, hence choose your mode of participation prior to logging in, on the main Conference day. If you wish to switch devices, you will have to log out of one device and only then can you log in from the other.
Being a virtual event, RISE 2021 is adapted to comfortably suit your attendance through Android handheld devices in landscape mode, provided you have good internet connectivity on the same. Besides the drawback of lower visibility on smaller devices, there are no other limitations to attending the Conference from your mobile phone. It is best viewed on a chrome browser.
Option 1: Click on the menu bar on the top left and select Job Fair. Browse from the list of companies and choose the one you wish to visit
Option 2: Click on the hotspot on the 1st floor in the lobby. Click on the Job Fair room, browse from the list of companies and choose the one you wish to visit
Once at the booth, you have various options to interact with the recruiters from the company. Feel free to join a video call or chat with them. If you wish for the companies to contact you later, you can fill in the ‘Contact us’ form - a feature available on the right hand section of the booth, so that they can reach out to you.

A group chat box is available to all attendees to freely chat with the companies, where they can let all attendees know of the job openings. This group chat is accessible through the ‘Notifications Bell icon’ on the top right corner.

On 8th May 2021, the Job Fair is open from 10:30am to 6:00pm IST.
You will receive your slot to attend the Job Fair, please join in your allocated slot only.
There are no restrictions on the number of companies you can talk to, but remember to shortlist companies based on your profile and their open req so you use your time judiciously.
Some companies may have a primary conversation and schedule an interview later, while some other companies may choose to conduct the interview right then.
It is always better to come prepared for an interview at the Job Fair.
As you reach the company booth, you can click on the chat terminal or video call to speak to the recruiter from the organisation.
Companies will continue to conduct interviews on the day of the Job Fair, and after that as well, since they may need multiple rounds of interview to close on the given job position.

Some companies may roll out offers on the day of RISE Job Fair, or even later. This will depend on multiple factors like the type of req, eligibility, rounds of interview possible to conduct on the day, etc.
One video call terminal can accommodate only one person at a time.
If another person tries to start a video call while the recruiter is already speaking to someone, they will receive the notification “Line is busy. Try again later.”
The chat terminals are open to drop your messages.
Or you can fill up a ‘Contact Us’ form, so that the recruiters can reach out to you later in the day or after the event.
Only registered participants can access the Job Fair, so only if your friend(s) has registered for the Job Fair in advance and have received the login details, can they can attend the Job Fair.
