Data Release

By sharing my details, I give permission for my data to be held in the database of Pride Circle, Pride Circle Foundation, and all their parts and units (the "Company") and agree that the Company may process personal data relating to me for personnel, administration, marketing and/or management purposes. The information will only be accessed by necessary Company employees. I understand my data will be held securely and consent to my data being shared to third parties in anonymised or aggregated form. I hereby consent to the processing of the personal data that I have provided and declare my agreement with the data protection regulations in the Data Protection and Privacy Policy of the Company. I furthermore certify that all details and data shared by me with the Company are true to the best of my knowledge and belief and that the Company is not liable if any such shared data is found to be false. I agree that the Company can take any and all actions as provided under the laws of India, including without limitation banning me from further use of any and all of the website(s) owned or managed by the Company, if any warranty or certification by me is found to be false, and I also release the Company from any liability in such instance.I agree that the views of any and all speakers,panelists, attendees, participants during RISE 2022 shall be their own and that the Company is not liable for such views. When representing myself on the RISE 2022 virtual platform, whether to the Company or any third parties, I agree to conduct myself in accordance with the rules, regulations and policies of the Company.

Ticketing T&C

Before you proceed further, please signify your acceptance of the following terms and conditions:

• You certify that the information you provide to us is true and correct to the best of your knowledge and belief, and Pride Circle shall not be liable if Pride Circle is unable to contact you using this information, to share login details and access to RISE 2022.

• The price of the tickets for Rise 2022 or any of its events is non-negotiable.

• If, at any point from purchase of tickets to end of RISE 2022, you are found to be behaving or have behaved in an illegal, unethical and/pr immoral manner, or make any obscene, lewd or harassing statements to any person employed or an agent or a representative of Pride Circle, we shall retain all right to terminate your access to RISE 2022 and Pride Circle's websites and services, and no refund shall be granted.

• You certify that you are over 18 years of age.

• You understand and agree that this ticket(s) is non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.

• In all situations, Pride Circle's decision(s) shall be final and binding.
