RISE exists to create Better Opportunities and more Inclusive Workplaces for LGBT+ Talent. We are here to help workplaces transform into havens of inclusion and belonging; that attract, retain, and nurture talent across the spectrum - because no one should ever have to choose between a rewarding career and their authentic self.

The RISE Revolution
The LGBT+ community faces conscious and unconscious bias at work. And LGBT+ talent faces multiple hurdles and is even shut out of employment opportunities, simply because of their identity. RISE was launched with the aim to foster inclusion for this invisible minority, through better economic opportunities. What started as an audacious goal in 2019 has today transformed many lives and livelihoods. And we promise RISE 2023 will be Bigger, Brighter and Better.
